Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries and regions worldwide. During the checkout process, with your agreement, shipping fees will be added to your bill.

We offer various international shipping methods, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, and USPS services. Please note that any and all customs fees for international orders may require payment of duties and taxes, depending on the destination country/region. Placing an order signifies your agreement to bear these costs.

Note: To ensure smooth shipping, refunds are not issued from 6 hours after ordering until the package is dispatched (during this time, warehouse personnel are cutting the corresponding meters from the whole fabric for the customer's order). If a customer selects the wrong specifications, color, quantity, or no longer wants the item within 6 hours after placing an order, they can request a refund. The merchant will process the refund within 2 business days, and the refund will be credited back to the customer's account.

Preparation Time: Orders are typically processed and cut within 1-3 business days and shipped out, please allow for the above-mentioned shipping time.

Business days are defined as Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Shipping Options: You can choose regular express shipping or expedited express shipping, and these options have different fees.

All holidays observed by carriers will affect the delivery time of shipments. Please note that customers are responsible for understanding these holidays and considering shipping times. We do not take any responsibility for missed delivery dates due to holidays and adverse weather conditions.
