Shipping Policy

We ship to all countries and regions worldwide. During the checkout process, with your agreement, shipping fees will be added to your bill.

• We provide a variety of international shipping options, including FedEx and DHL services. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region, as well as the order quantity and total purchase amount.
• During checkout, customers can view the available shipping options after entering their delivery address and freely choose from the courier services offered.
• Please note that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes as determined by the destination country or region. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to bear any such costs.

Note: To ensure smooth shipping, refunds are not issued from 6 hours after ordering until the package is dispatched (during this time, warehouse personnel are cutting the corresponding meters from the whole fabric for the customer's order). If a customer selects the wrong specifications, color, quantity, or no longer wants the item within 6 hours after placing an order, they can request a refund. The merchant will process the refund within 2 business days, and the refund will be credited back to the customer's account.

• Preparation Time: Orders are typically processed and cut within 1-3 business days and shipped out, please allow for the above-mentioned shipping time.
  
• Shipping Options: You can choose regular express shipping or expedited express shipping, and these options have different fees.
  
• Packaging Method: For small orders, the fabric will be folded and placed in a recyclable plastic bag (please note that the fabric may develop slight creases, which can be easily removed by gently ironing).
  For large orders, the fabric will be rolled and placed in a recyclable plastic bag, then wrapped in an outer woven bag for additional protection.
  
• Shipping Timeframe：The shipping time displayed at checkout is an estimated reference only. Actual delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance at the destination country, weather-related flight disruptions, public holidays, or suspension of delivery services.

Business days are defined as Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

All holidays observed by carriers will affect the delivery time of shipments. Please note that customers are responsible for understanding these holidays and considering shipping times. We do not take any responsibility for missed delivery dates due to holidays and adverse weather conditions.
