Refund and Returns Policy

Important Notice: Products sold as "Clearance," "Closeout," or "Sample" are not eligible for returns. Services such as "Rolling Freight" and other similar service fees are non-refundable. For international orders, "Customs/Duties" and "Brokerage Fees" are non-refundable and are the customer's responsibility.

To ensure smooth shipping, refunds are not issued from 6 hours after ordering until the package is dispatched (during this time, warehouse personnel are cutting the corresponding meters from the whole fabric for the customer's order). If a customer selects the wrong specifications, color, quantity, or no longer wants the item within 6 hours after placing an order, they can request a refund. The merchant will process the refund within 2 business days, and the refund will be credited back to the customer's account.

Global Fabric Wholesale wants you to be 100% satisfied with our fabrics and services. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with any product received from us, you may return the fabric within 15 days from the original invoice date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unwashed, uncut, or unused.

All returns are subject to a 20% cutting labor fee, and customers are responsible for returning the goods to us. Shipping fees incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and shipping and handling fees for such returns are non-refundable. Please email support@globalfabricwholesale.com to obtain your return authorization and RMA#. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items returned to us without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned items and processed back to the original payment method. The appropriate account will be credited within two weeks. Original shipping fees are only refunded for defective items. Global Fabric Wholesale is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive damaged, incorrect, or defective products, please contact us at support@globalfabricwholesale.com with photos of the fabric and your order number. We will assign a customer representative to assist you. Damage or defect reports must be made within 3 business days of receiving the fabric. Once approved, customers can choose a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Important Notice (Color Variations)

We do not accept returns for elasticity, conceptual, or pattern issues. We do not accept any responsibility for returns due to color differences between the product viewed on a monitor and the actual product. We require photos of the packing slip to process any errors.

The quickest way to get the desired items is to return the items you have and purchase the new items separately once the return is accepted.
