Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period

We offer a 15-day return policy; you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered, and proof of purchase must be provided.

2. Industry-Accepted Fabric Characteristics

All fabrics are inspected before shipping using the industry-standard 4-Point Fabric Inspection System.
During textile production, small variations such as tiny specks, slight weaving differences, or minor yarn irregularities are normal and fall within acceptable industry tolerance. These characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for return.

3. Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect the goods promptly upon receipt. If your order appears damaged, defective beyond normal tolerance, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days with photos and your order number.
Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be processed.
Items that have been cut, washed, altered, sewn, or used after delivery are not eligible for claims or returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Digital / downloadable items
- Items marked non-returnable at checkout

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item, please submit a return request. Once approved, you may place a new order for the desired product.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Expect to receive the refund within 14 days.(Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider)

7. Shipping Costs & Refund Deductions

Customers are responsible for the cost of sending returned items back to us.
Original outbound shipping fees are not refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred may be deducted from the refund amount.
